I have done like a day to day rough food calander and on average i have:
a meal including red meat every two days
4/5 fruit and vegetables every day
Fish about once a week
A piece of bread, daily
about a glass of my milk every day or so [as well as going through one pack of goats cheese a week, on top of parmesan three times a week and occasionally using cheddar]
